WIAW 7: Getting Back On Track [+ Perfect Oatmeal]

Wow, it’s already Wednesday… this week is flyin’ by! With Wednesday comes another WIAW post- and this week’s theme is getting back on track.

Last Wednesday I mentioned that I really needed to start creating some better habits for myself- and then I elaborated on it more the following day. And I’m happy to report that I’ve been feeling pretty darn good the last few days- and inspired to dedicate myself a bit more to mindful eating. And I’m not surprised- I left Fitbloggin’ very inspired to treat my body (and my mind) a little better, and that’s what I’m focused on right now.
