A Look Back At Fall Recipes

Hey friends!

I’m headed to Boston for the next few days to attend my awesome step-brother-in-law’s wedding (and to meet up with two of my favorite Boston bloggers as well!) I was looking back at a few of my favorite (fall) seasonal recipes (involving winter squash) and want to share some of those with you today. Enjoy!

Pumpkin Pie Fruit Roll-ups

Coconut-curry black bean butternut burgers

and the side dish for that meal (Warm Farro, Chard and Butternut salad), much better explained on my guest post here)

Carrot Cake Oatmeal with Ginger-Pumpkin frosting

Butternut-Sage Chicken Stew

Sweet Quinoa Stuffed Acorn Squash

Pumpkin Chili

“Healthified” Apple Crisp

Butternut Squash Gnocchi with Coconut-Sage Sauce

Have a great Thursday!

If you had to choose a favorite winter squash, which one would it be?
