I’m headed to Boston for the next few days to attend my awesome step-brother-in-law’s wedding (and to meet up with two of my favorite Boston bloggers as well!) I was looking back at a few of my favorite (fall) seasonal recipes (involving winter squash) and want to share some of those with you today. Enjoy!

If you had to choose a favorite winter squash, which one would it be?
Butternut! I’ve been roasting it-sprinkled with ginger, nutmeg, cloves. Delicious!!
I want to try all of these! They look amazing. I would definitely choose butternut squash – its so versatile and easy to prepare!
I think acorn squash is my fave, but they are ALL so good! And I really wish I had the patience to make gnocchi, those look SO good!
