Do you ever have one of those days where every single bite of food is delicious?
I actually try to make every day like that, because there’s just way too much good food out there to settle for something sub-par. In fact, there’s not much that bums me out more than having a bad meal at a restaurant (first world problems, I know).
Monday was one of those delicious days…. and it all started with breakfast.
After an early morning of teaching Spinning and Bodypump,I was craving pancakes! I came right home and whipped these up!
